These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking and delivery of lymphatic drainage massage services provided by Lymphatic Drainage Massage Dubai. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.
1. About Our Service
Lymphatic Drainage Massage Dubai provides mobile Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions delivered by DHA-licensed therapists to client homes and hotels across Dubai, UAE.
Our service is a supportive wellness service. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Clients are responsible for consulting their surgeon or physician regarding the appropriateness of lymphatic drainage massage for their specific condition before booking.
2. Booking
2.1 All bookings are made via WhatsApp or the contact form on our website. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email.
2.2 When making a booking, you are required to provide accurate information about your location, health condition, surgical history where relevant, and any specific requirements or restrictions relating to your treatment.
2.3 Providing inaccurate or incomplete health information when booking may affect the safety and appropriateness of your session. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session where a therapist assesses that treatment is not appropriate based on information disclosed on arrival.
2.4 Same-day bookings are accepted subject to therapist availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 We ask that cancellations and rescheduling requests be made at a minimum of 3 hours before the scheduled session time.
3.2 Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee communicated at the time of booking.
3.3 In circumstances where the therapist arrives at the booked location and the session cannot proceed due to client non-attendance or conditions not disclosed at booking, a call-out fee may apply.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session in circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Session prices are as published on our website at the time of booking. All prices include travel to your home or hotel anywhere in Dubai with no additional travel charges.
4.2 Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4.3 Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.4 We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Price changes will not apply to sessions already confirmed in writing.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, surgical history, medications, or physical limitations relevant to your treatment at the time of booking and before your session begins.
5.2 If a therapist identifies a contraindication to Manual Lymphatic Drainage during the pre-session assessment, they may decline to proceed with the session. You will be advised to seek guidance from your healthcare provider.
5.3 Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a supportive wellness technique. It is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you experience any adverse reaction during or after a session, seek medical advice promptly.
5.4 Clients who present with active infection, fever, open wounds at the treatment site, or other acute medical conditions will not be treated until the condition has resolved.
6. Therapist Conduct and Client Responsibilities
6.1 Sessions are conducted in a professional manner at all times. Any behaviour that makes a therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable will result in the session being terminated immediately.
6.2 Clients are expected to provide a safe, accessible space for the session with sufficient room for the therapist to set up a portable massage table and move around it safely.
6.3 Sessions are conducted on a professional treatment table brought by the therapist. We do not conduct sessions on client beds, sofas, or furniture.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, recovery timelines, or treatment results. Individual responses to Manual Lymphatic Drainage vary based on health condition, procedure type, recovery stage, and other individual factors.
7.2 To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our service is limited to the value of the session fee paid.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
