This page explains how to book a session, what to expect when you do, and the policies that apply to cancellations, rescheduling, and payments.
How to Book
All bookings are made via WhatsApp at +971 52 737 8557.
To book a session, send us a message with the following:
- Your name
- Your location in Dubai (area, building name, and floor if applicable)
- Your preferred date and time
- The type of session you need — post-surgery recovery, prenatal, postnatal, or general lymphatic wellness
- If post-surgical: the procedure type and how many days have passed since surgery
We will confirm availability and provide session details in writing via WhatsApp before the appointment is confirmed.
Same-Day Bookings
Same-day appointments are available across most Dubai areas. Contact us via WhatsApp as early in the day as possible. We will confirm therapist availability for your location and requested time promptly.
Same-day bookings for post-surgical recovery are a priority. If you have recently had a cosmetic procedure and need a session at short notice, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What to Prepare Before Your Session
Space at your location Ensure there is enough clear floor space for the therapist to set up a portable massage table and move around it. A space of approximately 2.5 x 3 metres is sufficient for most sessions.
Your condition and documentation If you are booking for post-surgical recovery, have your surgeon’s post-operative instructions or any relevant medical documentation available for the therapist to review before the session begins.
Clothing Wear or have available loose, comfortable clothing. For post-surgical sessions, compression garments should remain accessible as the therapist may advise on reapplication after treatment.
Hydration Drink water before your session. Adequate hydration before and after MLD supports the body’s ability to process fluid movement initiated during treatment.
Cancellation Policy
More than 3 hours before the session Cancellations and rescheduling requests made more than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment can be accommodated without charge.
Less than 3 hours before the session Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice may be subject to a short-notice cancellation fee communicated at the time of advance booking.
Non-attendance If a therapist arrives at the confirmed location and the session cannot proceed because the client is not present or the location is inaccessible, a call-out fee covering therapist travel may apply.
Our cancellations In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session, we will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Session prices include travel to your home or hotel anywhere in Dubai.
Standard sessions (post-procedure, prenatal, postnatal, wellness): 60 min — AED 300 / 90 min — AED 380 / 120 min — AED 500
Lymphoedema management and premium home visit sessions: 60 min — AED 450 / 90 min — AED 550 / 120 min — AED 650
All prices include travel to your Dubai location with no additional charges for any area.
Multiple Session Plans
For clients requiring a structured course of treatment following cosmetic surgery, your therapist will discuss a recommended session plan at your first appointment. This plan outlines suggested session frequency and duration based on your procedure type, healing stage, and physical response to initial treatment. The plan is adjusted as your recovery progresses.
Special Requests
If you have a specific request relating to your session — such as therapist gender preference, particular areas to focus on, or timing requirements related to your recovery schedule — include this information when booking via WhatsApp.
